Planning Department
The City of Rainier Planning Department works to review, promote, and maintain compliance in regard to community development, land use, and environmental protection.
For information on the requirements for specific land use applications, email beths@fairpoint.net or call (360) 446-2265 during normal business hours. All applications require applicable documentation to be submitted with two paper copies of all documentation as well as a thumb drive containing all documentation. Applications without a thumb drive will not be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for initial review of applications.
