What happens if my water is turned off for non-payment?

If payment is not received by the shut off date and a payment arrangement has not been made, your water will be shut off. Once Public Works is dispatched to shut the water off, a $20 fee is applied. Service will only be restored once the bill is paid in-full. No exceptions will be made.

If you suspect that you will not be able to pay your bill by the shut off day, contact City Hall immediately to set up a payment arrangement.
