Payment Arrangements

The City of Rainier understands that customers sometimes cannot pay their utility bills by the due date. To avoid disconnection of service, customers may opt to submit a Payment Agreement. This agreement will allow the customer to set up a payment plan. The account will still incur a $15 late fee which will be worked into the overall principal amount due, however water service will not be disconnected. Customers can split up the amount due into multiple payments if needed. The agreement is provided in the link below.

The complete and signed form may be submitted to City Hall or emailed to our Utility Clerk for review. Agreements should be submitted as early as possible to allow for processing. All agreements must be submitted prior to day of disconnection.
