The City of Rainier recognizes that sometimes customers need assistance in getting their utility accounts current. There are several resources and options that customers can take advantage of before their water is set to be shut off for non-payment.

• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• Rent Assistance
• Drinking Water Customer Assistance Program
• Promise to Pay Agreement
