Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) serves seniors over the age of sixty that meet the federally regulated income guidelines. CSFP participants receive a 40 pound box of food, once per month. The box contains the following: 

  • Peanut butter
  • Cheese
  • Cereal
  • Shelf-stable milk
  • Juice
  • Canned meat, vegetables, and fruit

To certify as a participant, applicants will need the following:

  1. PROOF OF BIRTH
    • Driver's license
    • State ID
    • Passport
    • Birth certificate
  2. PROOF OF ADDRESS
    • A piece of mail with a recent date that must include applicants name, address, and recent date within 90 days. 
  3. COMPLETE APPLICATION
