Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) serves seniors over the age of sixty that meet the federally regulated income guidelines. CSFP participants receive a 40 pound box of food, once per month. The box contains the following:
- Peanut butter
- Cheese
- Cereal
- Shelf-stable milk
- Juice
- Canned meat, vegetables, and fruit
To certify as a participant, applicants will need the following:
PROOF OF BIRTH
- Driver's license
- State ID
- Passport
- Birth certificate
PROOF OF ADDRESS
- A piece of mail with a recent date that must include applicants name, address, and recent date within 90 days.
COMPLETE APPLICATION
- A completed application with signature, self-verifying that your income does not exceed the government guidelines.
