Participant Information
The parade line-up will be in the high school parking lot. Enter the parking lot using Minnesota Street. You will receive an email or telephone call with your entry number a few days prior to the event. Late entries received after August 19th will be placed at the end of the parade.
Day of Schedule
9:00am: Check-in begins & late registration entries are assigned
10:45am: Line-up moves to start positioning
11:00am: Streets close, parade begins
Special Notes
- All horses must be accompanied by a clean up unit. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation.
- There is a $50.00 fee for political entries. Make checks payable to City of Rainier.
- There will be detour signs out for those needing to pass through the heart of downtown during the parade.
